COLONIC HYDROTHERAPY (Gravity Fed System).
It's a method of cleansing the large intestine, introducing warm filtered water into the colon through a small tube. The water pressure and temperature are carefully controlled and all waste is drained away discreetly in a closed system. a filling and emptying of the bowel is repeated several times and massage is applied to the abdomen.Colonic Hydrotherapy reaches the whole length of the large intestine to achieve an optimum result. Disposable equipment is used for each individual.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
It is a full body massage with essential oils that involves alternating gentle and harder movements to achieve relaxation, better lymphatic drainage and improved circulation. A special blend of essential oils is used according to the individual to enhance mpositive emotions and wellbeing.

HYPNOTHERAPY
It is a method of Psychotherapy that uses guided hypnosis to achieve a heightened state of concentration and consciousness. The aim of Hypnotherapy is to create a positive change in an individual regarding stress, fear, negative emotions, addictions etc.

ACCOMMODATION:
It's a camping retreat on the first floor of the house. (see pictures)
Tents, sleeping pads and blankets will be provided.
BIOGRAPHY
Growing up in Greece, I got inspired by the beauty of nature that was full of vibrant colours and warmth.
After graduating from my classical music piano studies, I felt a calling towards healing and health. My interest in complementary medicine led me to move to England and learn about natural ways of treatments and how to help people.
I graduated with a BSc(Hons) degree in herbal medicine from the University of Central Lancashire and, at that time, I realized that cleansing and detoxifying the body would be a key factor to health.
I then travelled to Scotland to learn about colonic hydrotherapy and detoxes. I graduated with a diploma in Colonic Hydrotherapy from the Scottish School of Colonic Hydrotherapy.
In that period, when I realised how stressed the people were, I felt how important it is for the bodily functions to flow in harmony in order for healing to occur. I decided to learn how to help to relax the body with the energy of the hands and the aromas of essential oils.
I obtained an Aromatherapy massage diploma from Preston College in England. Then, I went back to Greece and continued working with people. There, I realized how much people suffer on an emotional level too. Always being a listener, I felt like contributing more actively on alleviating this pain. I moved to Athens this time and obtained a Hypnotherapy diploma accredited by the Essex College of Hypnotherapy, UK.
Working with people gave me a deeper understanding and compassion towards humans. For which I feel very grateful.
A couple of years later, I got attracted by the beautiful nature of the Amazon forest in Ecuador. It's tropical warm climate all year round and it's vegan/raw vegan Ecovillages.
So...I'm here...and I'm very happy to support you in this healing journey and share life changing experiences with you.
